Dear children! It was a long time ago. Ibn Sabat was a famous thief in Baghdad. He was such an expert in theft and robbery that despite committing thousands of thefts, he was not caught by the law.

How long did he last? One day he was arrested and one of his hands was amputated according to the law. Later he was sent to prison. He was working hard. After serving ten years of imprisonment, one day he escaped from the prison.

As soon as he got out of prison, he decided to resume his profession of theft. Despite the amputation of one hand and the hardships of imprisonment, his mood was not affected in the slightest.

One night he went on his expedition. Then he entered the house with a big one.

There were rooms all around the house. They were in a state.

The thief of Bagdad laid a sheet on top of it and made a knot and tried to tie it, but because of the lack of one hand he could not tie it, he sat down panting. Entered the room.

Seeing Sabat making a bundle, he said, "Brother, you cannot do this work without someone's help. I will help you. Sabat combined it with him and made two bundles of clothes. The weak person placed the big bundle on his head." And gave a small and lightweight ball to Sabat and said, "You don't have a hand, so you lift a lightweight and I will deliver it where you say."

Sabat walked towards his abode. On the way, due to an ascent, the weak man had a hard time, tripped, and fell down with the lump. Sabat cursed in anger and gave him a strong kick on the back. The weak man stood up and apologized for falling due to weakness.

Ibn Sabat started the journey by putting a big lump on the head of an elderly person again in the hope of strength. As he walked, he came to a ruin that was the refuge of a thief in Baghdad. I was able to do it and you came later, so all this stolen property became mine and you cannot find a leader like me in the whole of Baghdad, so from today, you are my disciple.

The elderly person politely and respectfully said, "Brother, all this wealth is blessed for you. Unfortunately, I could not serve you, but because of my weakness, I caused trouble for you, for which I apologize and allow you to leave." I want

Saying God Hafiz, he walked towards the city.

On the other hand, Ibn Sabat's heart, mind, and conscience were disturbed by the good behavior of his companion and the conscience made him uneasy. As soon as the morning broke, the thief of Baghdad went out in search of his companion, the stranger thief of the night. , so that he could apologize for his last night's behavior, thinking this, he went outside the night building.

Where he had stolen at night, but there was no chaos after the theft. Instead, people were seen going to this house with respect. The thief of Baghdad asked a person, "Whose house is this?" He said, "You seem to be new in Baghdad."

This blessed house is the abode of our Sheikh Hazrat Junaid al-Baghdadi. "Ibn Sabat had heard the name, but he was still deprived of the happiness of seeing him. He thought that today I should meet this good and noble person by chance. Going inside When I looked into the room, I saw the same elderly fellow sitting at the desk and teaching.

And the room is full of polite people.

Meanwhile, the adhan was called, and everyone started going to the mosque for prayer. Ibn Sabat, the famous and cruel thief of Baghdad, fell at your feet crying uncontrollably and asked for forgiveness for the bad behavior of the previous night.

Sheikh Junaid Baghdadi picked him up from the ground and hugged him. And smilingly said, "The door of repentance is still open." Ibn Sabat's world had changed in a moment.

He entered the circle of the sheik and cut off his hand, Satan, and Sabu, the thief of Baghdad. He worshiped under the shadow of Sheikh Junaid al-Baghdadi. He knew him with great respect.

The same Ibn Sabat, a man of God, Junaid Baghdadi's beauty, morals, and character made him enter the rank of God in a few moments, and the discussion of the honor of bringing the thief of Baghdad to the straight path in a few moments became widespread.
